Lead nursing shifts by directing nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans, performing treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, educating staff, ensuring infection control and safety, and coordinating staffing for uninterrupted resident care.

Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering carts, prepare and serve food per recipes, manage and rotate supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain cleanliness to support resident nutrition and safety.
