Conduct post-installation and post-service customer feedback calls, verify system functionality and service quality, address concerns, escalate critical issues, and follow up on resolutions. Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems, prepare CSAT and feedback trend reports, guide customers on basic smart home system usage, and suggest improvements to installation and service quality.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals; meet architects, interior designers, dealers, and clients; conduct product demonstrations; convert leads into sales; achieve targets; follow up with clients; manage relationships; and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels; explain products, nurture prospects, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
