Founding Tax Manager for an RIA tax practice serving high-net-worth clients. Lead complex federal and state compliance for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and estates; partner with wealth advisors on proactive tax planning (retirement income, RSUs, stock options, entity structuring, 1031s, donor-advised funds); develop workflows and technology; join client meetings and build a book of business; research complex tax issues and grow into senior leadership with potential ownership.

Lead and review complex U.S. federal and state tax compliance and international filings, coordinate with an offshore delivery team, manage client relationships, advise on cross-border tax matters (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits), perform technical research, and grow into a long-term leadership role overseeing the U.S. tax function.
