Prepare complex partnership and corporate tax returns involving transactional tax matters, reorganizations, basis adjustments, waterfall allocations, multi-state exposure, and 1031 exchanges. Support private equity and family office clients, conduct technical tax research, resolve issues with senior team members, and gradually assume review responsibilities while managing multiple engagements remotely.

As a Tax Supervisor, manage tax compliance and planning projects, supervise junior staff, and enhance client relations while advancing personal and professional growth.
