Lead financial statement and single audit engagements from planning through reporting, directing fieldwork, reviewing workpapers, finalizing financial statements, documenting findings, and recommending internal control improvements. Supervise and coach local staff, manage client relationships, communicate engagement status, maintain budgets and timelines, and use audit research and AI tools thoughtfully while retaining professional judgment.

Performs audit fieldwork, accounting work, testing, documentation, workpaper preparation, and financial statement or single audit support. Collaborates remotely with teammates and clients, manages deadlines, researches audit matters, exercises judgment, and takes ownership of assigned engagement sections while developing toward senior-level responsibilities.

Prepare individual and business tax returns, manage assigned work through seasonal deadlines, maintain responsive client and team communication, support senior-level client relationships, apply current tax law, and use Thomson Reuters tax software. The role requires reliable ownership, strong organization, self-direction, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
