Prepare menus and three daily meals plus snacks for residents, manage food orders and kitchen sanitation, instruct caregivers on safe food handling and service, track guest meals and budgets, assess residents' dietary needs and monitor intake, support special event food service, and maintain resident confidentiality.

Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to residents, monitor and record vitals, document services, observe and report changes, assist with hygiene, transfers, incontinence, and medication administration, and communicate professionally while supporting residents with dementia. Paid training provided.

Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, transfers, incontinence management). Take and record vital signs and weight, document services, observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition, assist with medication administration, and communicate compassionately, including care for residents with dementia.

Provide nursing care at an assisted living facility: implement individualized care plans, monitor and document resident health, manage medications and physician orders, supervise medication practices and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with incident investigations, coordinate care with providers, and support resident and family communication.
