Provides early-career operational support for marketing and business development activities, including client research, pitch and proposal coordination, legal directory and award submissions, database maintenance, matter capture, reporting, and deadline tracking. The role works with marketing, research, events, and other business services teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of M&BD processes. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and professional fluency in Arabic and English are required.

Conduct client due diligence, beneficial ownership research, sanctions screening, third-party payor reviews, and AML/CDD compliance analysis. Process low-risk cases, maintain accurate compliance records, support practitioners and the New Business Team, and escalate complex, high-risk, or sanctions-related matters. The role applies AML, sanctions, counter-terrorist financing, and anti-tax-evasion requirements within a legal services environment.

Associate will advise on domestic and international agency lender transactions involving project finance, infrastructure, energy, transportation, real estate, and public infrastructure. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing, security, project development, construction, supply, offtake, and joint venture agreements; conducting diligence and legal research; managing deal teams; counseling clients on regulatory and transactional issues; and mentoring junior lawyers.
