Lead Whitbread’s diversity and inclusion agenda by delivering strategic programmes, advising stakeholders, managing colleague networks and inclusion events, overseeing external benchmarks and reporting, and building influential partnerships. The role requires evolving D&I strategy, supporting under-represented groups, producing high-quality reports and submissions, and driving inclusive solutions across a large, multi-site hospitality organisation.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, five-year business planning, financial modelling, variance analysis, scenario testing, and KPI reporting across the UK and Germany. Develops site and regional planning models, improves Excel-based reporting processes, provides insights to senior stakeholders, and contributes to corporate projects and ad hoc analysis within the FP&A and Corporate Finance team.

Own commercial trading analysis for Premier Inn across the UK, Ireland, and Germany, turning complex data into pricing, revenue, occupancy, and performance recommendations. Lead weekly and annual trading reviews, build datasets and business performance packs, present insights to technical and commercial stakeholders, and manage the analytical roadmap. Coach and develop two Trading Analysts while balancing immediate trading priorities with longer-term initiatives.
