Teams at Whistle Express Car Wash

Leads daily site operations, including sales, labor, safety, quality, team culture, and customer service. Builds accountability, develops Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads, resolves problems quickly, and communicates clearly. The role requires visible leadership in a fast-paced, physically active outdoor environment and ownership of site performance. Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations is preferred.

Supports the Site Leader in managing daily car wash operations, developing and scheduling staff, delivering excellent customer service, promoting memberships and services, maintaining equipment and safety standards, monitoring inventory, resolving issues, and improving site performance.

Assist the Site Manager with team development, scheduling, customer experience, equipment checks, safety, cleaning, inventory, sales promotion, and daily operations. Resolve customer and operational issues, support membership sales, maintain standards, and help improve site performance in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
