The Site Manager sets operational standards, manages KPIs and staffing, resolves customer concerns, coordinates maintenance and vendors, and builds a positive, accountable team culture in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Assists the Site Leader with team onboarding, scheduling, coaching, customer service, membership sales, equipment checks, safety, cleaning, inventory, and daily site operations.
