Provides advanced technical support, handles complex escalations, performs root-cause analysis, manages Jira issues, and troubleshoots integrations and APIs. Acts as a subject matter expert across tools including SQL, Splunk, Keycloak, Zendesk, and Salesforce. Mentors support staff, covers for the Support Manager, coordinates with Product and Engineering, improves support processes, and creates technical documentation.

Manage strategic mid-market and enterprise customer relationships for a B2B SaaS platform. Develop success plans, drive adoption and value realization, identify churn risks, own renewals, support expansion opportunities, analyze usage and health data, conduct executive business reviews, and advocate for customer needs across internal teams.

Own monthly close, reconciliations, financial statements, AP/AR, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow visibility, and financial reporting. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic decisions, improve finance processes, and support payroll and compensation administration. The role combines hands-on accounting ownership with FP&A, modeling, analysis, and board reporting in a lean, fully remote environment.
