Lead cross-functional development of electric ducted fan propulsion systems from concept through testing and certification. Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, customers, certification authorities, and technical decision-making. Facilitate design reviews, track execution with agile tools, communicate status to leadership, and support product roadmaps and technology maturation for future aerospace propulsion systems.

Design, analyze, and optimize aircraft propulsion structures using finite element and classical methods. Evaluate strength, deflection, vibration, fatigue, and damage tolerance; develop structural layouts, sizing tools, material allowables, technical reports, and testing support. Collaborate with design, flight sciences, hardware, customers, and contractors throughout project lifecycles. Preferred expertise includes aeroelasticity, structural dynamics, rotor blades, electric machines, composites, CNC machining, prototyping, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Designs and executes ground tests for electric aircraft propulsors, including strain, modal, acoustic, aerodynamic, and performance testing. Builds test rigs, selects and troubleshoots instrumentation, operates data acquisition systems, analyzes large datasets using MATLAB and Python, and leads test readiness reviews. Collaborates cross-functionally, mentors junior engineers, and supports propulsion development through experimental insights.
