Provides front-line IT support for onsite and remote employees, including Windows and macOS troubleshooting, hardware and software provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, account administration, Active Directory management, asset inventory, documentation, ticketing, and user training. Partners with Security and distributed IT teams to maintain compliance and ITIL-based service delivery while improving support processes.

Leads the architecture, development, security, scalability, and lifecycle delivery of firmware for IoT devices. Provides hands-on technical leadership, mentors firmware engineers, conducts code reviews, collaborates with hardware and product teams, evaluates technologies, and ensures reliable device connectivity, updates, and performance. The role also drives secure firmware protocols, supports cross-functional requirements translation, and oversees complex firmware projects from concept through implementation.

Lead embedded firmware development for IoT pet products, including motor control and robotic subsystems. Architect and implement firmware, drivers, device integrations, and cloud connectivity; manage releases, conduct code reviews, and perform integration and system testing. The role requires expertise in C/C++, FreeRTOS, embedded Linux, microcontrollers, communication protocols, OTA updates, and control theory. It also supports rapid prototyping, documentation, debugging, and collaboration with AWS cloud engineering teams.
