Lead embedded firmware development for IoT pet products, including motor control and robotic subsystems. Architect and implement firmware, drivers, device integrations, and cloud connectivity; manage releases, conduct code reviews, and perform integration and system testing. The role requires expertise in C/C++, FreeRTOS, embedded Linux, microcontrollers, communication protocols, OTA updates, and control theory. It also supports rapid prototyping, documentation, debugging, and collaboration with AWS cloud engineering teams.

Provide omnichannel customer support (phone, chat, email) for Litter-Robot and Feeder-Robot customers, troubleshoot devices and mobile app connectivity, manage inbound communications to KPIs, perform order/data entry, collaborate with teams to report feedback and aid product improvements, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Lead and develop distributed backend teams owning digital experience, robot services, IoT data ingestion, and cloud platform. Ensure reliability, scalability, API/device contracts, CI/CD, observability, hiring, performance, and coordinated releases across firmware, app, and cloud.
