Owns customer acquisition, media investment, brand and performance marketing, experimentation, measurement, attribution, dashboards, marketing technology, data integrations, and operational processes. Partners cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Engineering, Finance, agencies, and technology vendors to optimize growth performance and investment decisions.

Leads B2B content strategy, sales enablement, and content operations to support revenue growth and partner engagement. Creates case studies, white papers, presentations, collateral, website content, and thought leadership materials. Maintains enablement libraries, coordinates cross-functional production, supports events and partner initiatives, and measures content performance. Translates complex technical concepts into compelling business messaging while managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.

Manage customer data-product programs from kickoff through launch and ongoing operation. Coordinate onboarding, product and data access, documentation, training, launch readiness, recurring reviews, issue resolution, reporting, and customer success. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and subject-matter experts. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, adoption, feedback, and outcomes, and help customers derive value from Ting’s utility data products.
