Fixed-scope behavioral science consulting engagement for an AI-powered weight-management coaching engine. Responsibilities include reviewing and ratifying behavioral parameters using COM-B and related frameworks, evaluating behavioral guardrails, framing medical-review questions, creating evaluation criteria and golden sets, designing nudges and engagement loops, and signing off on intervention contracts. The consultant will collaborate with product, engineering, content, freelance writers, and clinical reviewers across five milestones over six months.

Lead product definition for Samsung Health’s AI coaching capability, owning the end-to-end coaching experience, behavior model, decision logic, cross-team interfaces, and quality evaluation. Define what ships, create buildable product artifacts, coordinate across global teams, and ensure coaching is helpful, personalized, accurate, and appropriately timed. This senior individual contributor role requires turning ambiguous concepts into launched products while working within organizational, regulatory, and technical constraints.

Owns quality strategy within a cross-functional squad, drives testability upstream, guides automated testing across test levels, and establishes maintainable automation patterns. The role contributes exploratory testing, CI/CD and tooling adoption, quality risk visibility, and organization-wide quality practices. It requires extensive quality engineering experience with complex systems, test automation, continuous delivery, and the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders.
