Own end-to-end product design across research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and usability testing. Collaborate directly with founders and engineers, interview early customers, translate workflows into product decisions, make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs, and iterate on shipped features. The role also contributes to brand and marketing surfaces while helping shape an early-stage AI product.

Build and maintain AI agent tools, actions, APIs, and orchestration systems for reliable multi-step workflows. Own scalable customer-data ingestion pipelines, integrate LLM APIs and third-party services, and lead projects from design through deployment and monitoring. This backend-leaning full-stack role requires strong Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript skills, along with production AI experience and high-autonomy startup execution.
