Develops and maintains aerospace quality systems ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and FAA requirements. Responsibilities include engineering change reviews, NPI support, root cause analysis, CAPA, FAIs, supplier audits, MRB dispositions, inspection planning, audit documentation, quality metrics, and corrective action leadership. The role collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and customers while supporting repair station compliance and continuous improvement.

Operates and sets up CNC milling machines to manufacture close-tolerance parts from blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities include installing fixtures, assembling and changing cutting tools, writing simple G-code, making machine adjustments, inspecting parts with measuring equipment, troubleshooting tools and programs, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting process improvements. The role requires five years of CNC setup and operation experience, advanced GD&T knowledge, U.S. work authorization, and availability for second-shift work.

Develop and maintain quality systems for aerospace electromechanical actuators. Perform root cause analysis, CAPA, FAIs (AS9102), supplier audits, MRB dispositions, quality metrics, support inspections, FAA and customer audit documentation, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain.
