The role collaborates with internal business teams, manages multiple priorities independently, mentors junior paralegals informally through process improvements, and requires strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills.

Coordinates telematics client implementations, including status calls, vendor and installer coordination, device installations, CASE parameter reviews, and issue resolution. Provides customer service to existing clients, supports incoming calls, manages multiple cross-functional efforts, and develops knowledge of vehicle telematics. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and independent multitasking skills.
