The Director of Corporate Communications leads Wheels' corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing messaging, and advising senior leadership on communication priorities. Responsibilities include executive and internal communications, public relations, issues management, and team leadership.

Lead and develop a multi-layered billing and invoicing organization responsible for accurate, timely, high-volume billing across multi-service fleet offerings. Oversee invoice design (including EDI), billing technology and governance, revenue capture, dispute resolution, controls, and audits. Partner cross-functionally to onboard complex clients, drive automation, reduce errors, and improve AR and cash collection.

Process and post vehicle sale transactions and payments, maintain financial records, resolve sale and title issues, manage sale jackets and exceptions, coordinate with accounting and vendors, and provide high-quality internal customer service within KPIs.
