Develops analytical systems, predictive machine learning models, and AI-enabled tools supporting quoting, lease conversion, billing, forecasting, and settlements. Analyzes data using Python, SQL, Shell, and Microsoft Power Platform; builds and maintains business-critical calculation tools; and delivers actionable insights to internal teams and strategic clients. Collaborates with stakeholders on requirements, analytic plans, project timelines, and consulting services while providing technical guidance and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Manages vehicle title, registration, tax, and compliance transactions for fleet vehicles. Responsibilities include preparing and assigning paperwork, resolving jurisdictional rejections, processing initial registrations and renewals, managing requirements and system records, coordinating with DMVs, vendors, dealers, clients, and drivers, and tracking cases through completion. The role requires accuracy with legal documents, strong follow-up, customer service, organization, problem-solving, basic tax calculations, and proficiency with office software and web-based systems.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of business personal property tax returns using PTMS; manage property tax payments, appeals, and audits; provide advanced sales/use tax support using Vertex and tax research tools; drive process improvements, liaise with taxing authorities, and support tax planning and special projects.
