Own strategy, relationships, and performance for agency clients and an internal IT-services account. Lead reporting meetings, manage a direct report and execution partner, coordinate with web development, identify cross-sell opportunities, oversee earned media, and provide leadership with demand-generation metrics. The role requires hands-on digital marketing, SEO, analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, client presentations, strong writing, and managing multiple account timelines.

Execute digital marketing programs for the WheelHouse IT brand and agency clients. Responsibilities include publishing daily social content, writing and publishing weekly WordPress blogs, optimizing on-page SEO, structuring content for AI search, promoting blogs through social media, engaging online communities, supporting client content tasks, and collecting performance data from GA4, Search Console, and social platforms for reporting.

Provide remote and on-site technical support for PCs, servers, networking equipment, firewalls, desktop software, cloud environments, and virtualization platforms. Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, monitor service alerts, document systems and procedures, communicate incident progress to customers, support disaster recovery and remote access solutions, and assist with IT projects and hosted infrastructure maintenance.
