Lead operations across 8–12 restaurants generating more than $30 million annually. Own market P&L, growth, operational performance, guest experience, food quality, talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Partner with Operating Partners to execute company initiatives, uphold brand standards, drive change, and strengthen culture. The role requires extensive local and long-distance travel, flexible hours, a valid driver’s license, and oversight of hundreds of employees.

Restaurant Team Members prepare and serve food, support coworkers, and help provide a positive customer experience in a fast-food restaurant. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules across day, evening, night, and overnight shifts. Applicants must be at least 16, meet education or equivalent experience requirements, and work effectively in a team environment.

Leads restaurant operations, team performance, staffing, financial results, food safety, customer service, and implementation of company initiatives. Manages profit and loss, labor and food costs, hiring and development, performance assessments, operational reporting, compliance, and customer complaints. Partners with managers and market leadership to execute plans and maintain a safe, high-performing restaurant environment.
