The Business Development Associate will execute sales targets, connect with businesses, and support the integration of what3words in various sectors.

Design end-to-end product experiences working with engineers and PMs. Create UX/UI deliverables (storyboards, wireframes, mockups, prototypes), iterate from feedback, advocate UCD, balance user needs and business constraints, and ensure design is implemented correctly.

Own manual QA across iOS, Android, automotive platforms, and wearables. Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and compatibility tests across devices. Drive releases end-to-end, report reproducible bugs, collaborate with engineers and product, and pair on AI-assisted automation to grow automated coverage and improve release confidence.

Design, implement and maintain mobile automation frameworks (Appium/other) in Java, integrate tests into CI/CD, run manual and automated mobile regression, troubleshoot production/staging issues, and collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure consistent UI/UX across devices and OS versions.

Design, build and own platform engineering and SRE capabilities: infrastructure-as-code, self-service provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security-as-code, cost management, on-call improvements, and multi-quarter platform outcomes.

Develop and maintain the map site, account management system, and supporting websites using React/TypeScript. Collaborate with product and UX teams to implement designs, perform feasibility checks, build responsive interfaces on RESTful APIs, and contribute ideas to improve user experience.

Design and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end frontend test suites, integrate them into CI/CD, perform cross-browser and accessibility testing, triage frontend issues with engineers and PMs, and run post-release regression and production validation.
