Develop insight-driven social and creator strategies that connect culture, audiences, creators, and creative execution. Translate trends and audience insights into strategic direction and measurable campaign objectives. Lead ideation, refine creator briefs and content, guide cross-functional teams, analyze performance to iterate strategies, and support client relationships and agency growth.

The role involves managing and growing a roster of creators, securing brand partnerships, advising on commercial strategies, and mentoring junior staff.

Oversee daily operations of mixed-use production studios, managing bookings, equipment, maintenance, and a small technical team. Provide technical support and AV production for events, create SOPs and playbooks, track budgets and expenses, and collaborate with campus leadership, vendors, and members to optimize studio workflows and member experience.
