Help design and launch a Creator Incubator Programme, onboard and nurture incubator talent, identify high-potential creators, build industry relationships, negotiate opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to create strategic opportunities and community for creator growth.

Support influencer marketing campaigns by researching creators, assisting campaign execution, creating presentations and reports, reviewing content, monitoring performance metrics, and handling administrative tasks. Gain hands-on experience in creator partnerships and social media strategy.

Lead the Broadcast, Media & PR talent vertical: discover, sign, and manage creators from television, radio, podcasting and journalism. Develop long-term career strategies, build industry relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and mentor junior team members to grow roster influence and revenue.
