The Client Success Specialist supports account growth and retention by onboarding clients, increasing product engagement, responding to requests, delivering tailored workshops, and identifying upsell opportunities. They collaborate with Account Managers on account plans, monitor user activity, advise clients on relevant content, and maintain expertise across WGSN’s products. The role requires strong customer service, communication, presentation, organization, and commercial skills, with fluency in English and ideally an additional European language.

Supports clients throughout their subscription by resolving issues, answering helpdesk and live chat queries, driving product engagement, monitoring usage, supporting retention goals, and coordinating with account, product, and technology teams. The role maintains CRM records, gathers customer feedback, schedules meetings, demonstrates product value, and develops outreach strategies to improve client experience and return on investment.

Lead WGSN's global interiors forecasting and content strategy. Produce trend forecasts, connect macro drivers to interiors, drive content excellence, leverage AI and data, engage clients and sales, and manage and develop the Interiors team to deliver commercially actionable insights.
