Staff Accountant supports monthly and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, fixed asset schedules, tax compliance, audit documentation, invoice coding, and ad hoc reporting. The role requires strong general ledger accounting knowledge, US GAAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and improve accounting processes.

Performs geospatial workflows using GIS, CAD, remote sensing, imagery, LiDAR, and surveying technologies. Develops and distributes vector datasets, aerial imagery, LiDAR products, and other high-quality geospatial data. Responsibilities include imagery preprocessing, feature digitization, LiDAR classification, metadata support, project reporting, geodatabase management, and advising on geospatial standards. Works independently and collaboratively to solve geospatial problems and maintain accurate data products.

Leads WGI’s Remote Sensing Department, overseeing airborne, mobile, terrestrial, and UAS LiDAR and imagery operations. Directs staff development, production capacity, resource planning, equipment and technology strategy, project delivery, QA/QC, process automation, technical risk resolution, budgets, safety, and compliance. Provides technical leadership for complex geospatial projects and supports business development, client engagement, and innovation across remote sensing technologies.
