Provides escrow services for real estate transactions, including reviewing instructions, clearing title, preparing closing documents, calculating prorations, obtaining signatures, recording documents, and disbursing funds. The role serves as the communication point among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, attorneys, and other parties while ensuring compliance with escrow laws, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB rules, and ALTA Best Practices. It also supports customer service, transaction balancing, complaint escalation, industry development, and coworker mentoring.
