Lead frontend development for an enterprise AI platform using Next.js and React.js. Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility while collaborating with backend, product, and design teams. Mentor junior developers, guide frontend architecture, participate in code reviews and planning, and help shape frontend direction.

Lead backend development for Weya AI’s real-time voice and chat communication platform. Architect and build scalable microservices, secure APIs, and data pipelines using Node.js or Go. Manage Azure or AWS infrastructure, optimize performance and costs, oversee deployments and monitoring, and maintain production reliability. Collaborate with AI, product, frontend, and telephony teams while contributing to system design, code reviews, architecture strategy, and rapid feature delivery.

Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients, including requirements gathering, integrations, backend development, deployment pipelines, AI workflow customization, monitoring, debugging, and production rollout. Serve as the primary technical client contact, translate business needs into solutions, document architectures, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and support technical pre-sales demonstrations. Strong Go, Python, AI/ML, systems integration, and client communication skills are required.
