Lead Agile execution, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration; use AI-enabled workflows for research and synthesis. Measure and optimize payment metrics (authorization/decline rates, error rates, cost-per-transaction) and translate customer insights into testable product improvements.

Owns strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for a high-visibility digital platform modernization initiative. Leads legacy-system migration, customer workflow transformation, product metrics, analytics-driven iteration, and complex go-to-market execution. Partners closely with engineering, UX researchers, designers, business stakeholders, and executives to create seamless user experiences. Uses generative AI to accelerate discovery and documentation, influences organizational alignment, and mentors junior product managers.

Leads architecture and hands-on development of WEX’s semantic data platform and Data-as-a-Service capabilities. Builds reusable semantic business objects, metadata and ontology frameworks, knowledge graphs, APIs, governance, lineage, quality, and data contracts. Solves distributed-systems and scalability challenges while enabling AI and agentic applications to use trusted enterprise data. Partners across engineering, product, analytics, risk, finance, and business teams; influences technical standards, drives adoption, mentors engineers, and remains involved in implementation.
