Manages billing, accounts receivable, collections, invoice accuracy, payment reconciliation, refunds, and member support for Korea. Coordinates with offshore teams, banks, tax teams, finance managers, and auditors; handles local output VAT, withholding tax, tax documents, member legal information, reporting, and AR adjustments. Supports process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects while meeting service levels and collection targets.

Manage and qualify high volumes of leads through phone, WhatsApp, and online forms. Identify customer needs, nurture prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and support consistent, high-quality customer service. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, advanced English, and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, multichannel environment.

Supports Latin America month-end close, financial statement review and consolidation for Colombia and Peru, variance analysis, P&L reporting, outsourced accounting management, variable rent calculations, audit support, and expense accounting with AP/AR oversight. The role requires Colombian accounting credentials, multi-entity accounting experience, knowledge of Local and US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, ERP familiarity, and intermediate English.
