Serve as the buildings on-site point of contact: manage the front desk, greet members and guests, support events and member engagement, handle mail and keycard operations, and ensure building processes run smoothly while promoting WeWork services and community.

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll greet members and guests, manage front desk operations, engage with the community, and assist with building management tasks.

Own the member experience across 2-4 buildings: drive engagement and retention, resolve escalations, manage NPS/KPIs, lead onsite teams, oversee building operations, budgets, vendor/landlord relations, and grow ancillary revenue.
