Teams at WeWork

Manage member experience at a WeWork location through onboarding, retention conversations, events, building operations, safety response, and sales support. Ensure member satisfaction, run weekly events, conduct move-ins/outs, handle Medallia feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain building standards.

Support the community team with member and visitor service, maintain common areas, handle mail and packages, assist event logistics and setup, communicate updates to members, and participate in trainings to gain hospitality experience.

Lead motion design projects from brief to final frame: concept, storyboards, 2D animation, editing, finishing, and versioning for social, web, paid, and events. Build motion toolkits and standards, present work, guide partners, run tests with marketing, and shoot/edit footage as needed.
