Teams at WeVote

Volunteer recruiter (remote, US-based) screening incoming applicants, conducting initial video screens, managing application queues, guiding volunteers through application and onboarding, creating/publishing requisitions with TA operations, and improving recruiting messaging and processes. 2-6 hours/week expected.

Provide first-line support for users via Zendesk, respond within one business day, identify and escalate issues, analyze ticket trends, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve candidate/user needs for a volunteer civic tech platform.

The Newsletter Writer will create engaging content for internal and external newsletters, pitch story ideas, research topics, and collaborate with editors to inform voters and enhance civic engagement.
