The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, VAT returns, audits, and tax-related processes. The role includes managing bank reconciliations in a multinational, multicurrency environment, supporting acquired-entity integrations and statutory reporting, documenting accounting procedures, and recording transfer pricing entries. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, autonomy, and proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, and Google Suite.

Own end-to-end operations for approximately 55 annual B2B field events, including calendar management, logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, expenses, shipping, collateral, and onsite coordination. Serve as the coordination hub between sales, finance, design, data/operations, and event organizers. Track feedback, support lead routing, maintain event SOPs, and build repeatable systems. The role is remote in Canada and requires occasional work travel.

Manage transaction and payment revenue, revenue ledger activities, advanced balance sheet reconciliations, global tax compliance support, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation. The role also supports statutory foreign audits, M&A activity, and ad hoc reporting while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and international stakeholders. Responsibilities include team management and maintaining accurate, compliant financial operations in a remote global organization.
