Owns the design and delivery of payment risk systems covering underwriting, exposure, reserves, payout controls, disputes, verification, and transaction monitoring. Leads projects from discovery through rollout and reliability monitoring while balancing fraud protection with organizer experience. Collaborates closely with Product, Payment Operations, and KYC teams, participates in on-call and incident response, mentors engineers, and helps automate manual risk decisions for a growing merchant-of-record platform.

Owns end-to-end operations for approximately 55 annual B2B events, including calendar management, logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, expenses, sales coordination, onsite teams, lead processes, feedback collection, and event playbook development. Partners with sales, finance, data/operations, content, design, and event organizers to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Own end-to-end operations for approximately 55 annual B2B field events, including calendar management, logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, expenses, shipping, collateral, and onsite coordination. Serve as the coordination hub between sales, finance, design, data/operations, and event organizers. Track feedback, support lead routing, maintain event SOPs, and build repeatable systems. The role is remote in Canada and requires occasional work travel.
