Support and manage land development civil engineering projects: schedule and staff projects, oversee design and QA/QC, review contracts, manage billing and job costs, coordinate with design teams and survey, mentor staff, and assist with client marketing and project delivery.

Prepare civil and physical electrical CAD drawings for high-voltage substations and renewable interconnections. Produce layout, plan/elevation, grounding, foundation, cable/conduit, and BOM drawings; coordinate with engineers and reviewers, lead QA/QC drafting reviews, support project management, mentor team members, and ensure project schedules and quality requirements are met.

Design and produce substation P&C deliverables (one-line, three-line, schematics, I/O/points mapping, specifications), coordinate with stakeholders, support procurement/construction, provide technical protection and communications expertise, attend client technical reviews, and ensure project milestones and quality.
