Summer 2027 electrical engineering internship supporting renewable substation protection and controls projects. Responsibilities include developing electrical drawings, AC/DC load calculations, transformer and battery sizing, CT saturation studies, voltage-drop and cable-sizing calculations, equipment specifications, vendor-submittal reviews, cross-discipline checks, project meetings, and procurement and construction support.

Reviews, drafts, redlines, and negotiates high-volume commercial contracts, including client, subcontractor, master services, NDA, and project agreements. Assesses contractual risks, applies templates and playbooks, advises business stakeholders, reviews insurance documentation, tracks agreements in CLM systems, and supports government contracting, claims, disputes, and subpoena responses. Helps improve contract processes and templates while collaborating with legal, project, and business teams.

Provides first-line enterprise IT support, manages ServiceDesk tickets, resolves user issues remotely and in person, images and deploys computers, manages software updates, supports office equipment and telecommunications, maintains inventory, procures IT supplies, documents processes, escalates problems, and assists business operations and meetings.
