Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, performance reviews, recruitment support, policy and workflow implementation, staff education, care coordination evaluation, daily clinical huddles, quality improvement initiatives, patient advocacy, and coverage for other sites. The manager provides direct ambulatory care support as needed and maintains professional and organizational compliance.

Provide enrollment assistance to uninsured patients: explain eligibility, complete applications for Medicaid/CHIP/Marketplace/HCC/SFL, obtain documentation, maintain certification, record activities, protect HIPAA privacy, and support statewide outreach events.
