The Senior Finance Business Partner will provide strategic financial advice, commercial insights, and decision support to senior leaders. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis, business case development, reporting, governance, cost optimization, and process improvement. The role partners across Finance, Product, Treasury, Strategy, and Technology while influencing stakeholders and building team capability.

Build and support reliable data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, and data assets for financial crime platforms. Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, reconciliation, and production support for transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, regulatory reporting, analytics, and audit remediation. Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and vendors to investigate root causes and improve enterprise data capabilities.

Build and manage a personal lending pipeline across the Bay of Plenty, primarily supporting residential home buyers and also small business customers. The role involves prospecting, networking, seminars, community engagement, relationship management, credit assessment, and delivering tailored lending solutions. The manager will use residential lending expertise, SME financial analysis, and strong communication skills to originate new business and provide trusted customer experiences.
