Corporate Counsel will advise U.S. and Canadian operations, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, conduct legal research, support transactions and corporate governance, and maintain compliance programs. The role partners with operational and leadership teams, develops contracting processes, and provides practical legal guidance. Candidates need a Juris Doctorate, at least five years of relevant transactional legal experience, and an active Colorado law license or the ability to obtain one.

Prepares computerized engineering drawings, as-built maps, property plans, CAD exhibits, legal descriptions, and presentations. Assists engineers with product and process development, testing, technical problem-solving, inspections, data collection, programming, database creation, and hardware/software configuration. Provides technical support, maintains project records, and coordinates with departmental personnel in an office environment.
