Builds customer relationships, conducts site inspections, coordinates event details, and ensures guest satisfaction. Supports the Director of Sales, contributes to revenue strategy, resolves customer issues, and provides leadership and coaching to team members.

The Accounting Supervisor processes accounts payable, reconciles daily revenue and cash, reviews and posts hotel and food-and-beverage revenues to the general ledger, maintains accounting records, prepares reports, and tracks maintenance contracts and leases. The role supports the director of finance and department heads, completes special projects, and requires accurate, organized, confidential work with accounting and office software.

Manages hotel sales across SMERF, corporate group, and business travel markets.
