On-property senior sales contact responsible for proactively soliciting and closing complex, high-revenue accounts and events for a single hotel. Achieves individual and team revenue goals, forecasts group room and event revenue, supports Director of Sales, builds customer relationships, conducts site inspections, creates contracts, and participates in revenue management and guest-satisfaction activities.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (HVAC, plumbing, pool, boiler, electrical, carpentry), respond to guest room calls, maintain maintenance records, service pool chemicals, and assist engineering staff.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, boiler, guest rooms). Respond to room calls, maintain preventive maintenance records, troubleshoot equipment failures, assist engineering team, and follow safety and hotel procedures. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and communicate clearly in English.
