Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest floors and service areas: remove trash, replenish and stock linen and supplies, launder and return glasses, clean machines and carpets, deliver and retrieve guest items, manage lost-and-found, follow safety and emergency procedures, assist housekeeping staff, and uphold professional appearance and company policies.

Manage hotel accounting operations including cash flow, payroll, monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, audits, and financial reporting. Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management with financial analysis and forecasting.

Serve as the on-property sales lead for two hotels, proactively soliciting and closing complex, high-value accounts and events to meet revenue goals. Manage forecasting, contracts, upselling, client relationships, and on-site customer satisfaction. Support Director of Sales, participate in revenue management, and use hotel systems (e.g., Delphi) to track leads and event details.
