Drive hotel revenue, occupancy, and market share across Group Association, Government, and SMERF segments. Develop new business, manage key accounts, conduct sales calls and client visits, negotiate contracts and rates, analyze market trends, and achieve room-night, ADR, revenue, and occupancy goals. Collaborate with hotel operations and catering while representing the property at community and industry events and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsible for developing and managing sales activities for groups with 10 rooms or less, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Requires strong customer relations and organizational skills.
