Leads hotel group sales by prospecting, soliciting, negotiating, and closing meetings and event business. Builds client relationships, manages contracts, forecasts room and event revenue, maximizes banquet space, and achieves financial goals. Coordinates with hotel departments to ensure exceptional event delivery, resolves client concerns, conducts site inspections, and supports customer retention. Mentors colleagues, manages sales resources, and represents hospitality standards while developing new business and expanding key accounts.

Maintains cleanliness and organization across hotel guest-room floors, corridors, elevators, stairwells, vending areas, closets, and service areas. Replenishes linen and supplies, handles dirty linens and glassware, delivers guest requests, transports laundry and dry cleaning, and manages lost-and-found items. Follows hotel safety, security, emergency, sanitation, and appearance standards while reporting hazards, incidents, and property damage.

Supervise front desk staff and oversee daily hotel front-office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, inquiries, complaints, reservations, billing, and service recovery. Coordinate with housekeeping and room service, train new employees, protect guest confidentiality, resolve operational issues, and prepare front desk activity reports while maintaining high customer-service standards.
