Supports video, photo, livestream, and event production for an online learning team. Responsibilities include operating cameras, assisting with teleprompter and lighting setup, monitoring livestreams, photographing events, organizing footage, creating rough cuts, and adding basic captions. The role works under close supervision and provides foundational experience, with opportunities to develop motion graphics and color adjustment skills. It requires on-site availability near Glenside, variable scheduling, and the ability to handle AV equipment.

Supports planning and execution of donor and campus events, coordinating schedules, vendors, venues, hospitality, supplies, guest services, event documentation, and day-of operations. Maintains timelines, guest data, inventory, and green rooms while assisting with setup, troubleshooting, teardown, and post-event evaluation. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, flexibility, and occasional evening, weekend, extended, and graduation-week hours in an on-campus environment.

The Stewardship Officer manages donor relationships, cultivates contributions, and develops strategies for donor engagement and events, ensuring confidentiality and systematic updates on prospects.
