Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll accounting, cash management, budgeting, financial statements, internal controls, reconciliations, and audits. Provide financial analysis and strategic support to leadership, collaborate with the CFO, coordinate insurance renewals, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead and oversee clinical operations of the Health Center, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and nursing standards. Manage interdisciplinary processes, staff performance, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory/accreditation requirements. Provide coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary oversight to maintain high-quality patient care.
