Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned platforms. Manage vendor relationships, lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct member research, define and track product metrics, coordinate UAT, maintain product documentation, and prioritize and deliver platform enhancements in partnership with Technology, Operations, Lending, Compliance, and Member Services.

Lead and support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for the credit union: source candidates, manage ATS postings, interview, coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps, partner with hiring managers, run new-hire orientation, support employer branding, and provide HR backup as needed.
