Uses business insights and performance data to improve underwriting quality, strengthen agency partnerships, and drive accountability, efficiency, and profitable business results.

Manages sales growth and territory strategy for insurance products across Arizona and New Mexico. Builds agency relationships, identifies market opportunities, supports underwriting and agency development, analyzes sales performance, monitors competitive trends, and presents actionable reports to stakeholders. The role requires extensive field engagement, including driving or traveling at least 50% of working time.
