Westfield’s summer interns contribute to meaningful projects across insurance, technology, analytics, finance, human resources, communications, and other business functions. Responsibilities may include data analysis, reporting, process improvement, communications, financial support, cybersecurity, IT, audit, risk control, and policy research. Interns collaborate with professionals, develop technical and business skills, participate in networking and professional development, and present recommendations to leaders.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders, managing schedules, travel, communications, and confidential information while ensuring team alignment and effectiveness.

Leads Inland Marine underwriting, portfolio management, profitable growth, broker and client relationships, risk evaluation, pricing, coverage decisions, business strategy, product development, and underwriting team guidance. Collaborates across claims, actuarial, legal, compliance, and operations, monitors portfolio performance, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and represents the company at industry and client events. Requires regular travel and onsite work at least four days weekly.
