Support ceded reinsurance purchasing by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing submission packs, managing daily arrangements, engaging with the reinsurance market, analysing data, ensuring compliance, and building strong broker and reinsurer relationships.

Provide customer service and account management for personal lines insurance: handle inquiries, policy changes, renewals, endorsements, disputes, and onboarding; collaborate with agencies and underwriting; document activity, support implementation plans, and identify project risks.
