Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT GRC programs. Conduct technology risk assessments, oversee controls (ITGCs, cybersecurity controls), drive remediation and automation, manage third-party risk, liaise with auditors/regulators, and deliver executive reporting. Mentor team members and influence risk-aware decision-making across the organization.

Support aggregate and catastrophe exposure processes across Energy classes, validate model outputs, prepare reports and committee materials, liaise with underwriting and modelling teams, improve data and reporting workflows, and assist regulatory submissions and industry representation.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, maintain internal controls, support audits, manage financial risks, and produce monthly P&C and non-insurance statements on Statutory and GAAP bases while liaising with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
