Plans and manages multiple engineering projects in a plastic injection manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, resolving engineering challenges, maintaining documentation, monitoring quality and compliance, managing risks and resources, communicating with clients, and mentoring junior engineers or technicians.

Maintains, repairs, disassembles, inspects, and fabricates complex plastic injection molds and tooling. Uses precision machining and welding equipment to restore or modify components, troubleshoots production defects, supports mold trials, documents maintenance, and recommends tooling improvements. Coordinates with production, quality, and engineering teams while following safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices. May train junior toolmakers and technicians.
