Supports ticketing and Box Office operations through Paciolan event builds, pricing, testing, sales reporting, customer service, transaction reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Coordinates staff schedules, onboarding, and event-day ticketing support, including promoter communication and entry operations. Maintains event content, records, documentation, and operational procedures while providing guidance to Box Office staff and working flexible evening and weekend shifts.
