Maintain, install, and troubleshoot AV hardware, DSP/control systems, networking for AV-over-IP, and livestream workflows. Deliver Tier 1 IT support for endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, identity issues, and basic networking. Manage event setups, testing, on-call support, equipment inventory, and vendor collaboration to ensure reliable event and collaboration platform operations.
