Lead and manage CrewBoss manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery goals. Oversee cross-functional coordination (R&D, purchasing, quality, sales, shipping), drive ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement, manage budgets and metrics, supervise and develop staff, enforce safety and policies, and support new product introductions.

Design and develop parts and assemblies for shelter and mobility projects from concept through production. Perform hand calculations and FEA, create BOMs and engineering documentation, estimate costs and schedules, verify drawings and tolerances, document manufacturing processes, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support engineer-to-order customization and product launches.

Own regional sales results by prospecting and growing accounts, forecasting revenue, building customer relationships, coordinating with production and R&D, delivering product training, and traveling for customer meetings and trade shows to meet/exceed targets.

Part-time student role providing first-line IT support across hardware, software, printers, and network issues. Assist senior IT staff with workstation deployment, account management (Active Directory/Azure Entra ID), patching, documentation, inventory, vendor coordination, and occasional after-hours tasks in a manufacturing and office environment.

Lead business development for U.S. DoD and allied military clothing and soldier-worn equipment programs. Identify and capture program-level opportunities, develop capture strategies for IDIQs and multi-year contracts, engage acquisition stakeholders to shape requirements, manage a global pipeline, support proposals/pricing, coordinate trials and testing, build partner relationships, and liaise with production to ensure deliverability and forecasting.
