Lead execution of the School's strategic plan and major capital projects, drive data governance and performance measurement, coordinate cross-functional implementation, oversee budgets and risk management, and report progress to the Executive Director and Board to advance organizational effectiveness.

Provide direct nursing care and health coordination for students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities during evening shift. Assess, triage, administer medications and treatments, manage chronic conditions, respond to emergencies, train staff, maintain confidential records, and liaise with families and healthcare providers.

Provide safe enteral feedings (G/GJ/J tubes) to students during the school day, monitor tolerance, troubleshoot pumps, document care in SNAP, communicate with families and interdisciplinary team, and follow infection prevention and emergency procedures.
