Designs, optimizes, and sustains manufacturing processes for steel fabrication, powder coating, assembly, and mechanical/electrical system integration. Responsibilities include developing tooling and fixtures, launching production lines, maintaining process documentation, leading root cause analysis, implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements, monitoring KPIs, supporting automation, managing projects, and providing technical production support. The role also ensures safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Manage specialty construction projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and scopes, coordinating vendors and materials, preparing RFIs and submittals, developing schedules, managing budgets and labor, tracking job costs, preparing billings, conducting job meetings, visiting jobsites, overseeing safety, and leading project teams to deliver work on time and within budget.

Assists project managers with construction project setup, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, billing, change requests, jobsite coordination, safety compliance, reporting, and project closeout. Reviews contracts, prepares RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, coordinates project documentation, and helps ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
