Assists project managers with construction project setup, procurement, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, billing, job cost tracking, site meetings, production reporting, safety compliance, and project closeout. Prepares RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change requests, warranties, and operation and maintenance documentation while coordinating project teams and monitoring progress, spending, risks, and liabilities.

Coordinates outbound shipments from manufacturing facilities to construction project sites. Schedules deliveries, manages carriers, tracks shipments, verifies documentation, coordinates safe loading and securement, resolves freight claims and delivery issues, and maintains shipping records in MES systems. The role also manages packaging-material inventory, communicates delivery updates, and supports continuous improvement in logistics and shipping performance.

Coordinates manufacturing schedules, inventory, workflow, production records, and finished-product delivery. Tracks labor hours and production rates, collaborates with production and engineering teams to resolve issues, supports lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensures safety, quality, and production targets are met.
