Build and manage relationships with new home contractors while generating more than $4 million in annual sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead follow-up, quoting projects, preparing sales orders, designing solutions for home builders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong customer service. This fully remote, field-based role requires construction-site navigation, reliable transportation, schedule management, and occasional physical work in varied weather conditions.

Support field sales and builders by processing orders accurately, communicating with customers and internal teams, resolving issues to keep projects on schedule, learning products and systems, and contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate customer deliveries and production schedules for builders and homeowners. Communicate through phone, email, and text; manage computerized and manual scheduling systems; collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, and production teams; adjust schedules and solve problems to keep projects moving. This primarily office-based role includes regular interaction with the manufacturing floor and offers training and advancement opportunities.
