Maintains and repairs hospital building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utility, safety, and fixed equipment systems. Performs preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency repairs, equipment installations, utility shutdowns, painting, plastering, and general building maintenance. Reads blueprints and schematics, maintains repair records, follows safety codes, and responds to environmental and equipment deficiencies.

Provides technical and operational leadership for hospital and clinic facility maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical systems, plumbing, building automation, preventive maintenance, emergency response, work orders, vendors, and equipment reliability. Directs facilities staff, coordinates repairs and contractors, supports capital planning and construction turnover, ensures regulatory and patient-safety compliance, and trains maintenance personnel.

Assists with healthcare revenue cycle activities, including patient payment processing, cash and account reconciliation, deposits, refunds, remittance research, mail distribution, and change orders. Provides patients with account balance information and payment options, trains staff on Cerner Revenue Cycle processes, processes payroll deductions, and supports revenue cycle projects. Requires accurate handling of financial transactions, customer service, and adherence to hospital procedures.
