Hybrid outpatient and inpatient Internal Medicine role splitting primary care clinic duties with daytime hospitalist coverage. Shared 1:3 call, no overnight coverage, established panel, teaching opportunities, and comprehensive support services.

Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care in collaboration with supervising physicians: evaluate, diagnose, treat, prescribe, order/interpret tests, document in EMR, coordinate care, participate in quality improvement and Medical Staff activities.

Maintain and optimize the hospital Chargemaster, ensure accurate charge capture and compliant billing, analyze denials and revenue leakage, support Meditech Expanse maintenance, provide data-driven dashboards, coordinate with clinical, HIM, finance, and IT teams, and lead charge capture education and process improvements to maximize reimbursement.
