Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical positions during a temporary three-month assignment. Partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, manage candidate communications, use recruiting analytics and market insights, and promote the employer brand. The role requires Workday ATS experience, technical recruiting expertise, and proficiency with AI/LLM/automation and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States with occasional travel.

Manage a portfolio of ~100-125 major gift prospects in the Northeast, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $100,000+. Conduct 12-15 personal visits monthly (including travel), develop proposals, report donor activity, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure a pipeline of major donors to meet fundraising goals.

Design, build, deploy, monitor, and improve ML decision models that drive personalized student recommendations and operational automation. Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineering, and MLOps to productionize models, ensure model governance, interpretability, fairness, and create dashboards and documentation to support responsible, scalable decision systems.
