Provides white-glove IT and AV support to C-Suite executives across devices, applications, collaboration platforms, data center environments, and global locations. Responsibilities include proactive troubleshooting, executive meeting support, device management, infrastructure coordination, documentation, security, vendor escalation, and confidential stakeholder service. The role requires exceptional discretion, responsiveness, executive presence, independent judgment, after-hours availability, and domestic and international travel.
