Leads WD’s global technology public relations strategy, media relations, executive visibility, product launch communications, agency partnerships, and press events. Builds relationships with technology media, develops narratives around AI infrastructure, cloud, and data storage, coordinates cross-functional messaging, and measures PR impact through coverage, sentiment, share of voice, traffic, pipeline, and brand metrics.

Leads the global enterprise PLM technology landscape, including platform strategy, architecture, integrations, roadmap, governance, data integrity, support operations, security, compliance, vendors, and budgets. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, product, and operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable PLM capabilities and standardized processes. Oversees global IT teams and large-scale PLM implementations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.

Oversee equipment preventive maintenance, form-factor conversions, setup and buyoff, new equipment installation, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and spare-parts purchasing. Train employees on SOPs and machine operation, maintain OSHA safety compliance, and use PLC, CTC, C++, and Python programming for equipment troubleshooting. Requires an engineering degree related to automation, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
