Lead and sustain sputter processes: start-up, troubleshooting, SPC monitoring, process qualification, and yield improvement. Supervise and train technicians, drive sputter process improvement projects, and perform FMEA while ensuring safety and quality goals.

Maintain and optimize site IT operations including desktop, laptop, printer, and user support; meet SLAs; manage incident and patching processes; monitor service metrics; liaise with global network/server teams; support site IT projects and process improvements; document and share best practices.

Serve as the on-site Chief of Staff Office representative across Malaysia factories, translating corporate priorities into localized execution plans, coordinating cross-functional programs, tracking milestones and risks, facilitating leadership alignment, supporting change rollout and engagement, and producing executive-ready communications and reports.
