Teams at Western Container Corporation

Coordinates assigned-shift production activities, staffing, schedules, training, documentation, quality, safety, housekeeping, and timekeeping. Monitors productivity and quality targets, responds to SPC and safety issues, ensures personnel have required tools and systems, supports employee development, and communicates with other shifts, leadership, corporate teams, and customers. May work day, evening, or night shifts.
