Underwrite complex SBA and commercial loan requests, renewals, and credit structures. Review SBA eligibility, financial statements, entity structures, collateral, market data, and risk factors. Prepare credit recommendations, loan presentations, opportunity memos, and annual reviews for Credit Administration and senior management. Collaborate with lending officers, assess financing requests, negotiate loan terms, conduct site visits, and mentor junior analysts.

Analyze and maintain financial information for existing and prospective customers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, evaluate credit and collateral risk, collaborate with bank groups on treasury and legal documentation, support audits/appraisers, monitor loan disbursements, and produce credit department reports.

Owns enterprise website content authoring, publishing, governance, accessibility, taxonomy, UX, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital experience improvements. Oversees website roadmap and CMS enhancements while collaborating with IT, development teams, vendors, agencies, and stakeholders. Supports A/B testing, performance analysis, light graphic design, training, documentation, and emerging digital marketing initiatives. May provide coaching or people leadership.
